Lots of positives with this hire: always had strong rosters, normally drafts wells in the earlier rounds, learned from Bill Polian, has relationships around the league, and there seems to be a nice dynamic between him and AP.Free Agency upcoming.. Should target: Christian Wilkins, Leonard Williams, Stephen Gilmore, Xavier Howard, Michael Onwenu, Xavier McKinney, Patrick Queen, and/or Justin Simmons.Cuts: Jerry Tillery and Brian Hoyer. Soon to be cut: Jimmy G, Hunter Renfrow, Brandon Facyson... Approx. 32 players under contract..Needs: QB, DT, OL, S, CB, LB.. could use a RT, I'd resign Van Roten and Eleumenor and let them battle it for the other Guard spot. I wouldn't mind upgrading BOTH the starting Safety and RT positions. The Safety is the Quarterback of the your defense (great or strong D's always have a VERY good safety: John Lynch, Troy Polumalu, Ed Reed, Rod Woodson.. you get what I'm saying).Trade Moehrig, he is OK, not consistent or a difference maker.. Had a decent year and his trade value is as high as it ever will be. Would like to see Pao Malo play more.Draft - If a top DT and OL is signed, allows us more flexibility in the draft to go best available, take QB, or trade down accumulate picks and trade up later to have TWO first round picks?? Drake Maye, Jayden Daniels (top 10); JJ McCarthy, (top 15-20); Bo Nix (late 1st or early 2nd pick); Michael Pennix Jr. (second round value)..You got milked.. Jake Paul gets a Mike Tyson fight.. JP looked a bit shook, he doesn't wanna piss off Iron Mike. Hopefully Tyson in it to win; if so Jake is in trouble..This is a real boxer even if older, don't forget an older George Foreman beating Michael Moore. RAAIIIIDERRSSS 🏴‍☠️Talk about their last 2 games.Season in review and what’s to come.Raiders lose to colts to end their season. Felt the offensive play calling was poor.Defense did its best to keep us in the game. 2 suspect calls at the end of the game.The Pi on jack jones was bs.The dude was never going to catch it and the contact was ticky tack. Also the offside on the missed fg was an awful call but as Raider fans were used to that. Always in a big moment at the end of season not only do the raiders have to worry about their opponent but the zebras always gotta make sure to milk us too.#Raidernation continued their dominance of the Broncos. 8 straight victories. In what seemed like a lost season the raiders finished 8-9 and in the playoff hunt until week 17.When the season started we had questions all over the roster that were answered:Special teams eliteDefense was outstanding and alot of room to grow. Young talent all over. The offense hurt us this year and the issue lies at the QB position.We’ve neglected to address this in the first round since Jamarcus Russell. This draft has talent but we pick at 13 so will we be bold or complacent. QB’s to consider:Draft Caleb Williams, Drake Maye, Jayden Daniels, or Michael Pennix. Pick your poison Or trade for Justin Fields or go the free agency route again and sign Kirk Cousins or Russell Wilson?We have 50 mill in cap room. Recap of past 3 Raider games (Jets, Fins, Chiefs)Radiers NOT as bad as media and others say they are. What bad teams have an ELITE DE, LT, WR, and Special Teams. Young and talent secondary and linebacking group. Offensive line overral is solid. Andre James at center has slowly improved and is dependable, Dylan Parnham is a young/ascending, Kolton Miller the elite LT, Greg Van Roten is solid, and RT is eh.Raiders need to upgrade at QB, TE, and DL. Can't tell me this roster with CJ Stroud isnt a playoff team.Raider still a better location for Adams if they can upgrade the QB room. Jets have no O line, behind Wilson and Hall; no real weapons... Conklin? Stuck with Lazard next year.. Arod although great; is 40 and coming off an Achilles Rupture.. If they offer their 1st may have to think about it but lots of good QB's in this draft.Caleb WilliamsDrake MayeMichael Pennix Jr.Jaylen Daniels (could fall to Raiders no trade up)Dak playing strong as of late.
