John Esposito is leaving the position as the Chairman & CEO Warner Music Nashville after 13 years. He has overseen the label and grown it exponentially since he began in 2009 with artists from Dan + Shay to Kenny Chesney.  He talks about taking Blake Shelton from a point of almost getting dropped to being a super star. Espo is already credited with jump starting the careers of Hunter Hayes, Brett Eldredge, Cole Swindell and many more.
