In this special bonus episode of The Real Jersey King I had the pleasure of speaking to the field manager and top talent scout of the Greek National Baseball team, Mr. Rye Pothakos.
If you know me you already know I am very proud of my Greek heritage so to find out that the beautiful game we all love, baseball, is Alive and Well in Ελλάδα (Greece) was amazing!
In our brief conversation Mr. Rye and I spoke about Greek American baseball big leaguers from past, present and (hopefully) future times. We also had to chance to talk about Greece's up and coming qualifying match(s) this year and the efforts to bolster the Athens Little League organization! Take and listen and share!
