It is vitally important that you take good care of yourself, both physically and emotionally, so that you can be the best parent you can be to your child. Physically, make sure you get enough sleep and enough nutritious food so that you can think clearly. Emotionally, identify the negative emotions that you have, and plan how to deal with them. Identify your positive thoughts and actions, and record them in a "growth notebook" that you can refer to when you need encouragement. It will show you how much you have grown and accomplisihed!
