Carlos Mencia discussed his new Stars of Comedy Las Vegas Residency on Sundays and Mondays at Harrah’s Hotel & Casino. He talked about his childhood in east Los Angeles, getting out of the streets, and starting out at the Laugh Factory. He got into Mind of Mencia on Comedy Central, if he would appear on Joe Rogan's podcast, and his meeting with Rick Rubin.
